I grew up in Huntington Beach, California, and college and employment brought me to Silicon Valley in San Jose, Ca and Washington, D.C. areas over the years. My last degree was an MBA (Masters-Business Administration) and minor in Electronic Business Management from Notre Dame University 2004. A number of years were spent in the engineering security and contracts arena at companies like Ford Aerospace and Lockheed Martin which include interface requirements with the FBI, CIA and other agencies.
I have been a real estate broker for 17 years and 15 years right here in Klamath Falls. I belong to the COLDWELL BANKER INTERNATIONAL DIAMOND SOCIETY. This designation honors market knowledge, industry experience and dedication to clients at all levels. In order to get your listings out to the public and to attract the public to me, I utilize Zillow, Realtor.Com and other sites to include those focused on ranch, golf, commercial/industrial, land and lake/ocean properties. I have sold 24 properties of my own via real estate professionals over the years, and it has given me deep knowledge of what your expectations as a seller or buyer will be.
